This document describes the terms and policies that apply to all use of the kesino baji platform, including opening an account, playing games, placing bets, and making deposits and withdrawals. Please read it in full before using the site.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on kesino baji is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposited funds are generally added to the account quickly, though bank transfers may take a little longer.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same methods are available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal.
3.3 Payment Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. kesino baji never accepts payments through third parties — only transactions made in the name of the registered account will be considered valid. To prevent money laundering, we monitor unusual transactions and may suspend an account if needed.
Bonus and Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of 15 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 — must be completed.
4.2 Other Promotional Bonuses
kesino baji offers promotional bonuses from time to time, such as the weekly kesino baji reward (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering), the Slot Festival bonus (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering), and the Cricket Weekend offer (25% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 15x wagering).
4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Bonus funds and the original deposit are tracked separately.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering is completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
- Each bonus has a set expiry period; if wagering is not completed within that time, the bonus will be considered void.
VIP Membership Benefits
kesino baji has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total wins).
The weekly cashback rates by level are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
As an example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. VIP levels are advanced based on a user's ongoing activity; kesino baji reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program as needed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kesino baji:
- Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information
- Running multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system
- Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform
- Attempting to access the system through hacking, malware, or any other harmful software
- Dishonest or misleading conduct toward other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct artificial betting activity
The account of any user involved in any of the above activities may be suspended or cancelled without prior notice, and the balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Purpose of Data Collection

8.1 Service Continuity
kesino baji aims to maintain the highest standard of service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or other reasons. In such cases, we will work to restore the service quickly and will notify users if needed.
8.2 Game Results
All games on kesino baji use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical long-term average — it is not a guaranteed outcome for any individual session.
8.3 Technical Errors
Any winnings or bonuses incorrectly displayed due to a technical error are not valid. In such situations, kesino baji reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction.
Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure at User Request
Any user may request account closure of their own accord via live chat or email. It is important to withdraw any available balance before closing the account, as financial claims after closure may become complicated.
9.2 Inactive Accounts
kesino baji reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to or archive accounts that have been inactive for a long period. Users will be notified before any action is taken due to extended inactivity.
9.3 Closure by kesino baji
kesino baji may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. The matter of any valid balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
